So happy with the egg oil tempera from Ovolin. I have previously painted the entire house with this wonderful paint. Now we have painted cast iron black on the panel wall behind the new stove upstairs. This makes our smoke pipes from the ground floor and the stove upstairs blend into one unit. Fantastically beautiful paint. I use 611 on walls and 614 on moldings and trim. The homemade bag is good to have in stock at home if you want to mix the paint yourself. I have painted with self-mixed emulsion and Ovolin’s ready-made. I recommend ready-mixed; it dries quickly and the paint keeps well in the refrigerator. Tempera beats linseed oil paint by a mile. Easy to paint and wonderful gloss in the paint. Thank you!
