Return: If you want to return an item, it is possible within 30 days as long as it is in original condition and can be resold. Opened paint and special orders unfortunately cannot be returned. For returns, you are responsible for the return shipping; we will refund the value of the item (not the original shipping) once we have received the return.

Complaint: If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please describe and send pictures clearly showing the defect/damage via the form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the repayment with Klarna work?

If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, you must always pay your invoice with them, even if you make a return. We cannot cancel or pause invoices with Klarna. Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made as a separate transaction to the account used for the purchase.

How much will I get back on a return?

If the item is damaged or if we have delivered the wrong product, we will refund the full amount, including all shipping costs.

If you choose to return an item because you have changed your mind, the value of the item will be refunded. From this amount, the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted.

When will I get my money back?

We handle your return as soon as we have received and inspected the item. Once the return is approved, we will process the refund immediately. Please note that it then takes 1–5 banking days before the money is available in the account used for the purchase.

How do I get my return shipping label?

When you have submitted the form and we have reviewed your case, we will send a return shipping label to your email. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.
