The Tegelmagasinet along Svartån
It is a privilege to be surrounded by such fine nature and culture! Since 2009, our operations have been conducted in the brick warehouse along Svartån on the outskirts of Örebro. Our area, Karlslund, is known for its fantastic walking areas, shops, and artists. It is perfect for a day trip for passersby or Örebro residents who want to get out to nature and culture.
The store
In our store, you will find a wide range of products to preserve and care for your home. Get expert advice on building maintenance and guidance for your painting project from our knowledgeable staff. With the ongoing expansion, we now also have an extended range of home and interior products, gifts, and more.
Color Factory & Production
In connection with the store is the factory where we, among other things, manufacture our own egg oil tempera paint from scratch and produce linseed oil paint according to both the NCS and the National Heritage Board's system. Here in the back, it is full speed all day long to produce and prepare orders from both the store and e-commerce.
The exhibition
In the log until we have an exciting exhibition that shows old building methods in Närke. Here you can get an insight into traditional techniques, materials, and color schemes. The exhibition is a perfect place for inspiration and learning, where you can see and feel authentic examples of building preservation and cultural heritage. We regularly update the exhibition to showcase different aspects of our rich craft heritage.
Summer café, Christmas market and other
Throughout the year, we organize and participate in a variety of events and activities. Keep an eye on our social channels for information about our own ice cream café that we have run for three summers in a row now, the Christmas market where both we and Karlslund have plenty to offer, and course evenings for customers and stakeholders who are also passionate about our trade.
