Deliveries
Our products are delivered with DHL (Service Point, Letter, or Home Delivery) within 1-5 days after they have been shipped. We strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. Please note that some items may be out of stock even though they are shown as available on the website. In these cases, we contact the customer via email.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase
You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special ordered goods or Egg oil tempera and all other opened paint. The customer pays for the return shipping.
Claims
If you want to claim a damaged or defective product, you must contact us via email or phone within one week. Ovolin AB follows the Consumer Purchase Act which means 36 months warranty rights. The warranty only covers original defects, i.e., defects that existed in the product at delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any defect in the product or where you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not compensated.
Refunds
Refunds are made immediately after we have received and approved your return.
Reservations
We reserve the right to change prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to uphold said agreements/commitments, this shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
