Freight policy

*The following terms apply on ovolin.se and not in the store.

Deliveries

Packages are normally sent within 1–3 working days and delivered via DHL Service Point or letter within 1–5 working days. We strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. During certain periods, it may take longer. Please note that some items may be out of stock even though they appear as available on the website. In such cases, we will contact the customer by email.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days after receiving the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special-ordered goods or Egg oil tempera and all other opened paint. The customer pays for the return shipping.

Complaints

If you want to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us by email or phone within one week. Ovolin AB follows the Consumer Purchase Act, which means 36 months warranty for complaints. The warranty covers only original defects, i.e., defects that existed in the item at delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any defect in the product or where you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not compensated.

Refunds

Refunds are made immediately after we have received and approved your return.

Reservations

We reserve the right to change prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to uphold said agreements/commitments, this shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
