Account management

1. Invitation to activate account

We send invitations to activate your account via email. If you have not received the email or are interested in becoming a new business customer, contact us at info@ovolin.se with your name, organization number, address, billing email, and a brief description of your purpose (painter, reseller, etc.). When you have received the invitation to activate your account, click on "Activate account" in the email.

2. Activate account

The link in the invitation email leads to our website where you create your password. Remember to write down the password. If you forget it, there is a function to restore the account and create a new password.

3. The My Account tab

Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the homepage to manage your account. Here you can view past and current orders, manage your address details, and download your shopping lists.

Forgot password

We at Ovolin do not have access to the password you entered when you activated your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot password" on the login page. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Ordering process

1. Add items to the shopping cart

The website works just like our regular page but now with new prices and the option to pay by invoice. Your company's discounted price is shown without tax, while the regular price including tax is shown for private customers.

2. Complete your order

When all the products you want to order have been added to the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the homepage. Check that everything is correct and then click "Proceed to checkout." Choose the delivery method and accept the terms before confirming your order.
