Account Management

Invitation to activate account

We send invitations to activate your account via email. If you have not received the email or are interested in becoming a new business customer, contact us at info@ovolin.se. with name, organization number, address, invoice email, briefly what your intention is (painter, reseller, etc.) When you have received the invitation to activate your account, click on "Activate account" in the email.

2. Activate account
The link in the invitation email leads to our website where you create your password. Remember to write down the password. If you forget it, there is a function to reset the account and create a new password.
3. My account tab
Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the homepage to manage your account. Here you can view previous and ongoing orders, manage your address details, and download your shopping lists.
Forgotten password
We at Ovolin do not have access to the passwords you provided when you activated your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot password" on the login page. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Ordering process

Add items to the cart
The website works just like our regular page but now with new prices and the possibility to pay by invoice. Your company's discounted price is shown without VAT, while the regular price including VAT is displayed for private customers.
2. Complete your order

When all the products you want to order are added to the cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the website. Check that everything is correct and then click on "Continue to checkout". Choose a delivery method and accept the terms before confirming your order.
