Refund policy
DELIVERIES
"In Stock" means that the goods are available at our location and are ready for immediate dispatch, normally within 5 working days. "Order Item" means that the item must be ordered from our supplier, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time, normally 10 days. Packages are delivered with DHL Service Point or by letter with Postnord.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OPEN PURCHASE
According to the Distance Selling Act, as a customer, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 30 days after you have received the item and without any special reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, you pay for the shipping. The right of withdrawal and open purchase does not apply when goods cannot be returned in unassembled, unused, and undamaged condition. Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, such as twisted electric cords or fabrics. Nor does it apply to opened paint cans.
COMPLAINTS
If you wish to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, you should contact us via email or phone within a week. Ovolin AB follows the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right to complaint. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e., defects present in the item upon delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear are not covered.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made immediately after we have received and approved your return.
RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right to change prices due to significant price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors that are beyond our control. In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial actions in the labor market, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect the agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to maintain said agreements/commitments, shall constitute a basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
