Shipping policy

Shipping cost is 125 SEK incl. VAT for domestic shipping and free shipping over 2000 SEK for orders via webshop with some exceptions. Postage 60 SEK incl. VAT for orders under 100 SEK. When ordering just a color sample, the shipping is free and sent via letter. For orders of bulky and heavy products, additional shipping cost may apply, which is visible at checkout. Your package is shipped within 5 working days, and the delivery time is normally 1-4 working days. Notification via SMS when
your package has reached the agent. After 14 days, the package will be returned if it has not been
picked up. Through the notification, you will receive a tracking number that must be stated when the package
is picked up. 

DHL Service Point

Your package is shipped with DHL Service Point. The packages are shipped by truck to a pick-up and
drop-off point, where you as a customer then pick up the package at your convenience. Often
this is your local grocery store or kiosk.
