When will my order arrive?
We ship orders within 1-3 business days. DHL then delivers the package within 1-5 business days. Please note that we are a small company that manufactures many products ourselves, so sometimes it may take a little longer when we have a high volume of orders. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number is in your delivery confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours after dispatch before the first status update appears; during this time, it may say that the shipment was not found, which is normal. Please note that only orders shipped with DHL can be tracked.
Why can't I track my order?
This may be due to:
- The package was sent as a letter (these are not trackable)
- The package has not yet been sent from Ovolin
- The tracking information has not yet been updated in the system
