This classic craft knife is a real favorite in Swedish craft tradition and has been used extensively for over a hundred years. It is easy to sharpen again and again, making it a practical knife for many occasions.

The knife has a beautiful handle in red-stained birch wood and a blade that is 77 mm long and 2.0 mm thick, made of carbon steel, which means that it can cope with most tasks. Its sheath is made of polymer with a smooth surface and decorated with the Dalavapnet, giving it a unique design. The knife also has a strap made of Swedish leather that is strong enough to last for many years to come. Since carbon steel can rust, it is important to dry and oil the blade after each use. Morakniv Classic, known for its red-stained birch handle, was first introduced to resemble a more expensive mahogany-handled knife. Since then, it has become a beloved knife around the world. Generations of craftsmen have used and adapted these knives to suit their needs, making Morakniv Classic an important part of many people's lives.
