Stump core wood tar, easily soluble, brown
Pine tar is a natural product that is brown to dark brown and is mainly used for wooden panels, log houses and wooden roofs. Tar has been used for centuries, even millennia, as an effective protection against the elements, helping to extend the life of wooden surfaces and other plant materials. Ordinary kiln-fired wood tar for wooden panels, log houses and wooden roofs, e.g. chipped roofs.
Use: Normally two strokes with consumption, the first stroke approx. 2-4 m2/litre, second approx. 4-8 m2/litre. For best results heat to max 70°C and tar under sun and heat. Drying time can vary between two and seven days depending on the surface.
