Lightly processed mud paint in three different colors for outdoor use.
Falu Rödfärg's mud paint is best suited for untreated and unplaned wood, as well as repainting surfaces previously painted with mud paint. Mud paint is one of Sweden's oldest and most used paint types and is excellent for more traditional houses.

To paint with Falu Rödfärg

Falu Rödfärg has a coverage of approx. 3m² / litre, and may require two coats when repainting for optimal results. The paint has a drying time of about 1 day, but is sticky-free only after an hour or so. Repainting generally requires only one coat of paint. Painting takes place optimally under weather conditions that do not mean that the surface to be painted is strongly heated by the sun or wet.

About the colors:

• Light red - Warm red color that leans more towards orange than the original. (Available with or without linseed oil)
• Black - A full matte black color
• Gray - Dark gray shade reminiscent of matte pencil
