Terms: Booking a course spot is binding.
Right of withdrawal: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase. Email info@ovolin.se for returns.
Cancellations and fees: If you do not cancel your spot before the course starts, the fee is non-refundable. Exceptions apply for serious unforeseen events, such as illness (doctor’s note required) or the death of a close relative; in these cases, the full fee will be refunded. If this occurs during an ongoing course, the remaining portion of the course fee will be refunded. For cancellations 1–14 days before the course starts, half of the course fee will be charged. Please contact us immediately if you cannot attend—don’t wait, someone else might appreciate the spot!
Cancelled course: If the organizers have to cancel a course day, the full amount will be refunded.
