Course terms and booking rules
Terms: Booking a course place is binding.
Right of withdrawal: Right to a full refund within 14 days after purchase. Email info@ovolin.se for returns.
Cancellations and fees: If you have not cancelled your place before the course starts, the fee cannot be refunded. Exceptions are serious unforeseen events, such as illness (doctor’s certificate required) or the death of a close relative; in such cases, the full fee will be refunded. If this occurs during an ongoing course, the remaining part of the course will be refunded. For cancellations 1–14 days before the course starts, half the course fee will be charged. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to attend; do not wait – someone else may be able to take your place!
Cancelled course: If the organizers must cancel a course day, the full amount will be refunded.
