PURCHASE TERMS OVOLIN WEBSHOP

1. Purchase. A purchase agreement is concluded only when Ovolin AB has confirmed the order
through a manual order confirmation. Ovolin AB has ownership and right of repossession of all products until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.
2. Price. All payments are made in Swedish kronor. The prices include VAT. 6% on books and 25% on
all other goods.
3. When ordering online and paying with a credit card, the shipping cost is 99 kr with standard delivery. If you only order samples, we can send them as a letter at no cost. Some items that are large or heavy may incur an extra shipping cost, which you will see at checkout. The same shipping prices apply to phone orders.
4. Deliveries. Stock status 'In stock' means that the goods are with us and ready for immediate delivery, normally within 5 working days. 'Special order' means that the item must be ordered from our supplier, and the delivery time may be somewhat longer, normally 10 days. Packages are delivered by Posten or DHL.
5. Transport risk Together with our shipping partners, we bear the transport risk, i.e., the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a return to us.
6. Damaged goods. When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. If the packaging and contents are damaged, you should report this to your post center or directly to the carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged/reported. We appreciate it if you then notify us. However, no later than within a week.
7. Right of withdrawal and open purchase according to the Distance Contracts Act gives you as a customer the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without special reason. At
utilization of the right of withdrawal/open purchase, you pay for the shipping. The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply when goods cannot be returned in unassembled, unused, and undamaged condition. Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered goods, such as twisted electrical cords or fabrics. Nor does it apply to broken color.
8. Complaints If you wish to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us via email or phone within a week. Ovolin AB follows the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right to complain. The right to complain only covers original defects, i.e., defects that existed in the product at delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any defect in the product or where you caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not compensated.
10. Refunds The refund will be processed immediately upon receiving and approving your return.
11. Reservations We reserve the right to changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market actions, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, which prevent us from fulfilling the mentioned agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the mentioned agreement.
