Ordering is very simple so you don't have to watch the video to understand
Ordering as a company at ovolin.se is now a quick and easy alternative to ordering by phone or mail as before. Start by logging in with your company's login (invitation via email). Explore our products with your company discounts and fill in delivery and billing information at checkout. The invoice is then sent as usual via e-mail. See our guide for more information.
1. Account management
1.1 Invitation to activate account
We send invitations to activate your account via email. If you have not received the email or are interested in becoming a new dealer, contact us at info@ovolin.se . When you have received the invitation to activate your account, click "Activate account".
1.2 Activate account
The link leads to our website where you create your password. Remember to write down the password. If you forget it, there is a function to reset the account and create a new password.
1.3 My Account tab
Click on the account icon in the right corner of the homepage to manage your account. Here you can see previous and ongoing orders, manage your address details and download your shopping lists.
1.4 Forgot password
We at Ovolin do not have access to the passwords you entered when you activated your account. If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot password" on the login page. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
2. Order process
2.1. Add items to the shopping cart
The website works just like our regular site, but now with new prices and the option to pay by invoice. Your company's discounted price is shown without VAT, while the regular price including VAT is shown for private customers.
2.2. Complete your order
When all the products you want to order have been added to the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the homepage. Check that everything is correct and then click "Proceed to checkout". Select the delivery method and accept the terms before confirming your order.
